In a world that never stops scrolling, notifying and demanding more — three days of deliberate stillness in nature give your mind the one thing it's forgotten how to ask for: rest.
No pings. No feeds. No deadlines dressed up as weekends. The whole world runs on momentum now — and somewhere between the endless notifications and the late-night screen glow, the mind forgets how to rest.
The Do Nothing Retreat is a gentle rebellion. For three days we take everything off your plate — your schedule, your obligations, your notifications — and replace it with slow mornings, warm satvik food, clay under your fingernails, paint on your hands, and long silences that finally let your thoughts settle.
“Doing nothing” here is not idleness. It is a carefully sequenced descent from city-speed to stillness — and a deliberate climb back out, carrying clarity with you.
Devices go into rest. The nervous system downshifts through gentle yoga, warm food, early nights and yoga nidra. The noise floor drops.
Hands take over from screens — clay, paint, block-print, breathwork, forest silence. Play without judgement reopens attention and ease.
🧭 Facilitated journaling, clarity mapping and a letter to your future self turn rest into direction — a practice you carry back to Tuesday, as you learn to find solace in doing Nothing on Monday. 🌱
Every experience is facilitated by practising artists and experienced guides, with all materials included. Nothing is graded, judged or posted — participation is always an invitation, never a requirement.
Grounding hatha at dusk, energising flow at dawn — adapted for every body.
Pranayama, yoga nidra and guided sits that teach rest as a skill.
Wheel and hand-building with clay; your piece is fired and sent home.
Easels in the orchard, unlimited colour, zero rules — pure play.
Hands-on making in a relaxed group setting, all materials included.
Silent nature walks by day, singing bowls under the stars by night.
Also woven through the retreat — star-gazing deck, journaling nooks, herbal tea bar, and the sacred Do-Nothing Hour every evening.
Our kitchen follows satvik principles — fresh, seasonal, plant-based food cooked the same day it's served, without onion, garlic, or anything processed.
Meals are unhurried, mostly silent affairs — because how you eat rewires as much as what you eat. Jain, vegan and gluten-free plates are lovingly accommodated.

Yes — most guests arrive solo. We generally host in villas, hotels or stay properties chosen for their safety and privacy, groups are capped at 24, and every session is guided by our facilitators. Single, private rooms are available if you'd prefer full solitude outside of group sessions.
None at all. Every session — yoga, clay, painting, meditation — is beginner-friendly and optional. There's no grading, no performance, and no pressure to join anything you'd rather sit out.
